The workshop, led by artists Claude Philippot, Éric Didym and Jean-Yves Camus and accompanied by teachers Danielle Zitella and Latifa Halim, was in keeping with the philosophical thinking behind L'Événement Photographique 3, H2O entre Charybde et Scylla.

Water, the element vital to all life on our planet, is much more than a simple resource. It is the cradle of life, a source of purity and vitality. Water conjures up dreamlike landscapes, winding rivers running through verdant valleys, vast, mysterious oceans where horizons are lost.

Yet, despite its beauty and vital importance, water is in danger today. Pollution, overexploitation of resources and climate change threaten its fragile balance.

Protecting water means protecting life in all its forms, preserving our future and that of our planet.
The works were created and chosen by the participants, the fruit of exchanges and discoveries with the artists.

Exhibition opening on March 20 at 6.30pm.
