A play in which working women - nurses, schoolteachers, cleaning ladies, prostitutes... toil from the early hours of the morning to the late hours of the night. Fragments of the lives of those "at work", like tightly framed snapshots, under the eye of a non-judgmental poet who restores each woman's dignity. A sense of detail and body language, choreographed gestures, no pathos. They sometimes grumble, they struggle, they protest, but they never give up.

Fabienne SWIATLY
A poet, short story writer and novelist, Lorraine-born Fabienne Swiatly is the author of a body of work that scrutinizes everyday life, questions language and class boundaries, and gives a voice to those deprived of one.
