Exposition - aérosol - une histoire du graffiti en France

After being presented at the Musée des beaux-arts de Rennes in summer 2024, "Aérosol. A history of graffiti in France. 1960-1985" opens this spring in Nancy.

With its immersive, pop, street-style scenography, the exhibition, enriched by new works, sheds light on the heritages and cross-fertilizations that shaped the art of graffiti in France over these two decades: from the appropriation of public space to convey messages and demands, to the paradoxical relationship with the contemporary art world and the popularization of hip-hop culture.
