This is the dialogue, or attempted dialogue, between Adam and Eve trapped in a supposedly paradisiacal huis clos. With great humor, the author traces the path of humanity and invites us to follow it, alone or, better still, accompanied.

As part of the Micropolis festival,

This is the dialogue, or attempted dialogue, between Adam and Eve trapped in a supposedly paradisiacal huis clos. With great humor, the author traces the path of humanity and invites us to follow it, alone or, better still, accompanied.

On the one hand, Adam, a hedonist enjoying the infinite benefits of the Garden. Guardian of the "Great Project", he ensures respect for two principles:
    1 - don't touch the forbidden tree.
    2 - rest on Sundays.

On the other hand, Eve arrives with her long hair and lots of new words. In her bulimic absorption of beings and things, she spares nothing, edicts invasive theories and multiplies outlandish experiments. But what can be done with all this knowledge if it is not shared? What if her main object of study, Adam, resists her?

A double tale of co-birth, personal exploration of the world, language and love: Can and should we try to make the other in our own image?
How can we accept that the world is inevitably changing?
That death has a place in it?

Adapted from Mark Twain, translation by Freddy Michalski, éditions l'Oeil d'or
Directed and adapted by Mélissa Barbaud, Julie Delille, Baptiste Relat

Two intertwined migrations: one animal, the other human. A contemporary odyssey that gracefully exposes the fragility of our lives and conditions.
