For many years, Ergastule has invited culinary artist Anaïs Bonville to create the buffets for its openings. In this way, over the course of the exhibitions, she has translated the gestures of the guest artists into works to be enjoyed. As Ergastule is committed to helping artists discover new skills, it was a natural step to invite Anaïs for a residency in our studio. Over the past few months, Anaïs Bonville has been discovering, experimenting and creating with ceramics. It was no longer a question of interpreting, but of becoming an interpreter of her own culinary gesture.
Since we're talking here about works to be tasted, sunday service will not be exhibited, but shared, for a day.
You are invited to come and enjoy this culinary experience.
The culinary experience will be open to a limited number of people every half-hour.
Registrations can be made on site on the day of the event, or by reservation via the online form.
