Exposition - Quotidien - Emanata - Les Temps Changent...

Project by the "Plus vite" association, co-produced by the Centre national des arts plastiques and the Association de Développement et de Recherches sur les Artothèques.

This exhibition brings together 36 works by both established and younger artists. These works all testify to the singularity of contemporary creation. They reflect current aesthetics, reflecting a diversity of views and interpretations of society and the world around us.

The Quotidien commission invited visual artists of all generations to take an analytical yet poetic look at the contemporary world and its immediate realities.
Emanata highlights the links between comics and the visual arts in contemporary art. The artists selected all assert their belonging to the imaginary and codes of comics and graphic images.
For the Les temps changent... commission, the artists were asked to answer the following questions: What is their vision of the present? What inspires it? How does it determine their representation of the future?
