Forum Seniors - Bien Vieillir

Over the course of three days, workshops, events, debates and advice stands will be offered by organizations and associations dedicated to helping seniors improve their daily lives and guarantee their quality of life: staying active, choosing where to live, taking care of your health, getting around better, knowing your rights.

Wednesday, September 24 and Thursday, September 25: Workshops and debates (registration required).

Friday September 26: A "Senior, a walker in search of information" trail in the Parc de l'Embanie, from 2pm to 5pm.
Two convivial evenings are offered at the Maison du Temps Libre, on reservation.

Wednesday, September 24 - Apéro and board games from 7 to 10 p.m.
Friday, September 26 - Free closing concert with The Cracked Cookies at 8:30 p.m.

This event is open to seniors from Heillecourt and the 20 communes of the Greater Nancy Metropolis. Organized in partnership with Carsat Nord-Est, Action Sociale AGIRC-ARCCO, Service Territorial Autonome du Département and various local cultural and sports associations.
