Following on from the "Clair-Obscur" and "Désintégration du Moi" courses organized at the invitation of the Musée des Beaux-art de Nancy, on May 18 Sphæra Mundi / Aline Aumont combined art and yoga - at the heart of the exhibition Transparence(s) presented at the Atelier Vous connaissez ma femme - in yet another atypical format.

At the crossroads of guided relaxation, yoga nidra and sound bath, a sensitive immersive experience for a lucid exploration of the notion of transparency echoed the works on display.
