The local team of the ATD Fourth World Movement organizes the ball. In particular, it is responsible for: publicity, preparing the hall, setting up a small exhibition providing information on the ATD Fourth World Movement, serving the meal to the musicians and those accompanying them, running the refreshment stall during the evening, and tidying up and cleaning up at the end of the evening. In this way, the local team, all volunteers, contributes to the running of the association.
