The apartment is in a very quiet street.

- The washing machine and dryer area are independent (to avoid any noise pollution) and the whole apartment has cupboards and storage space.

Your future living space is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), facing south-west, and the courtyard is designed for bicycle storage.

The apartment is very comfortable for 3 or even 4 people. You can use the convertible sofa in the living room if you need to, but tidy up daily to keep things convenient during the day.
