Exposition - Happy hours - Antoine Caclin

Exhibition in Nancy
  • The Multiple Écho residency invites Antoine Caclin to pursue his research into the imaginary worlds of work through the production of a new multiple. The object, created during the 5-week residency, is presented at the center of a selection of existing works or those created for the occasion.

The Happy Hours exhibition transforms Ergastule into a precarious potluck space, questioning our ambivalent relationship with the end, becoming a moment in-between: between celebration and escape. Stacked cardboard boxes serve as a makeshift bar, glass is scattered, confetti is Post-its and images of farewells replay the comedy of replacement.

Here, everything is temporary: we laugh, we tidy up, we drink, we fade away, and nothing really sticks.

We look forward to meeting you there!

Opening on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 6 pm.
    Exhibition also open by appointment.
