- A CRIME IN NANCY The Jules Vermandé criminal case
Produced in 2024 by Les Potes Âgés (the MJC's teenage group) at the request of the departmental archives, this film looks back at the Jules Vermandé criminal case, using the codes of the TV program Faites entrer l'accusé. Exhibits from this criminal case are kept at the departmental archives (photos, correspondence, judgments, etc.). Screening followed by an interview with the MJC Desforges team and a Q&A session with the audience.
An electrician working for Imprimeries réunies in Nancy, Jules Vermandé was accused of murdering his wife Angèle Schibi, strangling her and throwing her into a calorifier in March 1927.
