Jean-Luc Guillevic, artisan confectioner, traces the history of Bergamote de Nancy, from Joseph Gilliers, chef d'office, Stanislas Leszczynski's distiller and author of the book Le Cannaméliste français, through its development and growth, to the IGP label.
The lecture will be followed by a pouring of Bergamote de Nancy.
