NJP 2025 - Stella Cole - Kareen Guiock Thuram

Nancy Jazz Pulsations returns from October 4 to 18, 2025, true to its DNA of celebration, encounters and artistic curiosity. This year, the festival slips into the graphic lines and vibrant colors of Art Deco, to mark the centenary of this emblematic artistic movement.

First performance:
Stella Cole, rising star of social networking, seems to have stepped straight out of another era. With her bewitching voice and infectious enthusiasm, she breathes new life into the classics of the Great American Songbook. On her debut album, produced by Matt Pierson, she revisits an eclectic repertoire mixing Barbra Streisand, Judy Garland and Billie Eilish, proving that jazz is timeless and continues to move all generations.

Second performance:
Parallel to her career as a journalist for 12 years on M6 and a life punctuated by her 2 lifelong passions, music and journalism, Kareen Guiock Thuram pays tribute to Nina Simone with "Nina", an album acclaimed by critics and the public alike and imagined in complicity with pianist Dominique Fillon, convinced that she would honor the repertoire of this immense jazz legend with respect, commitment and humility. 22 years after the death of the legend who passed through NJP in 1973, Kareen continues to pass on her legacy with strength and modernity.
