The lunchtime table in the garden of Nancy's Goethe-Institut returns this season on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Moritz Lenhardt's cuisine is local, vegetarian and seasonal, based on homemade dishes and gourmet delights. If you want to eat fast and well, this is the formula for you!

Inspired by his first activity in the slow fashion world, Moritz takes the time to prepare his own sourdough bread with organic flour, and to roast the seeds himself, which give taste and nutritional richness to the toast and hot sandwiches he prepares.

Giving free rein to his creativity, Moritz will bring the Brotzeit of German culture to your plate and make your taste buds dance. You can enjoy a savory version of the toasted and garnished tartines, accompanied by a cold soup starter and salad, or indulge in a decadent dessert to finish the meal. Moritz also prepares drinks and coffee, to be enjoyed while relaxing in the calm greenery of our garden.
