The Villa's main entrance on rue Lepois opens onto an outdoor area with an exotic wood and Burgundy stone floor, where you can relax comfortably in a chaise longue, the sofa area, the various benches, at the foot of a hundred-year-old lime tree or in an outdoor wellness and therapeutic spa with different massage programs and types that can accommodate and relax up to 6 people.

The second gate, located at Quai Claude le Lorrain, allows you to bring your vehicle inside and/or enjoy the pleasures of a table tennis table and BBQ.

The Villa's main entrance door opens onto a 100 m2 living room with dining area, sofa, reading area, gaming area and fully-equipped kitchen, a central staircase in Burgundy stone leading to the two upper floors, and a bathroom and toilet suitable for people with reduced mobility.

On the upper floors, the Villa offers a Master suite, a suite and 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and toilets are at the service of the occupants.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, and linen is provided (sheets and towels), as are shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.

Cleaning carried out by us at the end of your stay (intermediate cleaning(s) available on request).

On-site closed private parking available (1 to 2 spaces depending on vehicle size).

Breakfast available on request.
